You can cancel your JobTiered Pro subscription at any time. To cancel, click on the extension icon, navigate to the settings gear, and select "Manage Subscription." This will securely redirect you to the Stripe customer billing portal where you can click "Cancel Plan."
When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged again on your next billing date. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
After your cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free Tier. You will retain access to your basic locally cached data, but premium features, advanced grading metrics, and unlimited scans will be disabled.
